One medium distance run and its is amazing the impact of long distance pavement running. Ankles and spine are like "braa". Honestly disappointted in my bodies ability to mitigate the force of just a few thousands strides πŸ€” Wish I was kidding but I use the irrational to push myself beyond rational. 
Not detoured. Still squating (cossack squats)

Still making adjustments towards the goal.  BE GREAT YA'LL πŸ‘ŠπŸΏπŸ‘ŠπŸΏπŸ˜€πŸ™…πŸΏβ€β™‚οΈπŸ™†πŸΏβ€β™‚οΈ
