ARE SHAKE DIETS A GOOD IDEA FOR WEIGHT LOSS?

Imagine going on a shake diet for (for example) a month and you lose 10lbs / 5kg. 
Once the shakes go away after that (cause you can’t just drink shakes forever).. WHAT ARE YOU GONNA DO?

Dieting means losing weight for a lot of people. But the other part of dieting is learning how to have a good relationship with food and learning how to eat properly and healthy. 
You will NOT learn this from a shake diet where you lose weight fast because you’re only drinking the shakes. 
Plus there’s a big chance you’ll gain back all the weight because you only drank shakes for a month. 
So focus on learning to eat healthy foods and if you are able, work out to lose weight!
