After much procrastination I have decided to change the paint colour and finish. The gloss is just shiny and makes everything look too ‘new’ and the Soft Grey looks too modern with Railings 🤦‍♀️ I’ve been struggling to like the dormers as they look rather sharp which is no fault of the builders as they had to replace them for new but all 3 are too symmetrical and perfect! I’m hoping the satin finish sludgy grey/green colour (I know I should name paint?!) I’ve chosen will bring some warmth and character. It’s half term at the moment so it’s not so easy to visit the house so next time I go it might even be done!

In India cow's which are well known as 'Gomaata' - 'The Mother' are mostly raised as livestock for milk. From ages cow's have been used for various purposes like for farming, for milk production, biogas etc. Cow's meat (beef) is mostly consumed in India by the Muslim community becuase according to them there is a mythology behind it to sacrifice a cow and it packs high quality protein content. It's dung which is used for manure, biogas, and even orally has a lot of antioxidants. It's urine - 'Gomutra' is proven to have cured serious ailments like asthma, ulcers and anaemianin the ayurvedic medicinal chemistry. These ruminants are also known for their regurgitating of food also known as cud chewing has a complex biological process behind which allows these to gain a high quality protein source. . Flash back three years ago! To what an amazing experience to take part in BASI Pilates mat marathon. Rael Isacowitz took us to church! And what an honor it was to meet him. And I would also never forget how my body felt the day after🔥🔥🔥 Having my opened my little studio last year, it has been a wonderful experience, I love my space in the heart of the Somerset countryside❤ and feel so grateful for the love & support I receive from my clients.💕 But being self -employed and working on my own it does get alittle lonely at times. Some days I do miss working in a team to bounce off ideas, or share problems with and to have laugh and give me a boost when I'm so exhausted at the end of the day😀 That's way I invest in as much training as I can. Training with BASI Pilates has been the best decision I have made.
