Women should stick together. Learn to celebrate each other, not compete. Peoples words are powerful, be careful of who you surround yourself with. In my experience, people who constantly compare you to others whether it’s a praise or not, it latches on to you. You start becoming constantly unsatisfied with the way you are because there’s so much comparison.
It takes time when you realise your thoughts are toxic. But when you do, it’s time to take action and remind yourself that we are ALL different. Why compete with something that’s not in same competition? It’s okay to be inspired, but never value yourself differently based on not having something you want because others have it. That’s when it becomes unhealthy.

To keep the tension on the muscle for the entire set, I chose to only come up 3/4 of the way on each rep. Focus on really pushing your hips back to deepen the stretch. 📌Here are some great exercises that you can do with a set of dumbbells. If you do not have access to a gym but have a set of dumbbells, you can still get an effective lower body workout

Double post because I’m obsessed with this outfit 🧡 had such a good upper body workout and seeing so much more muscle growth 💪🏼 consistency is definitely key 🔑 it’s hard to stay motivated some times but once you see results it definitely makes you want to keep going! For a long time I neglected training chest because I didn’t want to look manly and develop pecs but I realized I was being stupid 🙈 what I have learned now is that everything is connected in the body and refraining from training certain muscle groups can cause an imbalance and lead to injury. For example training chest and having strong chest muscles a.k.a pectoral muscles can help with posture and also improve strength in your back muscles. A strong chest contributes to upper body strength as much as a strong back and shoulders do. Although I don’t train chest as regularly as I would train other muscle groups I still get it done. Studying to become a personal trainer has opened me up to so many things I didn’t know about the human body and I have so much more to learn 😁 excited to continually make progress in everything fitness related 💪🏼
