the scaffolding rises above the 1931 to the 12th sole (= 640 m) completed and deepened in 1957 and 1972 (1,005 m) shaft 12th It is designed by Fritz Schupp and Martin Kremmer and built by the Dortmunder Union double strut scaffolding in Full wall construction (rivet construction) with a height of 55 meters. For the scaffold, a complete weld of all joints was initially planned. Because of the dynamic loads of the welds, however, one did not have the courage to use this modern joining technique at this point.
The four struts feet are supported by joints on four individual foundations. Between the struts K-framework made of solid wall profiles is inserted for reinforcement. The steadily increasing from the bases in the Flanschstärken struts run through to the upper pulley stage and go there over rigid corner training in the heavily dimensioned upper pulley support. The likewise strongly dimensioned construction of the crane run starts with these corner joints. The lower pulley platform is inserted between the strut legs and is thus visually moved into the background. The four pulleys have a diameter of 6.5 m. The guide frame starts below the lower pulley platform and is almost completely covered by the manhole. On the upper suspended platform are still the four shaft gates from the time of frame support obtained
