I needed inspiration and I knew it wouldn't happen by staying at home and trying to lose weight. It was a little tough in the beginning and I would slip back into my old habits. But once I started going for a walk in the evening and staying away from junk food, I was able to control my food addiction. Celując w poszczególne partie można rozwijać mięśnie prawidłowo i równomiernie. Jeśli mamy asymetrię to słabiej rozwinięty mięsień robimy większą objętością😉

Oprócz tego przed każdym treningiem klatki stawiam na mobilizację, a po na rozciągnięcie. Nie zaniedbujcie tej części🙏

1. Unoszenie hantla oburącz zza głowy leżąc na ławce - angażuje dolny akton mięśnia piersiowego
2. Ściąganie linek wyciągów dolnych - 5x str , druga trzyma napięcie w górze, zmiana, 5x obie, angażuje górny akton
3. Pompka z obciążeniem - angażuje cały mięsień w tym środkową jego część💪

🇺🇸:Do you focus about the fact that the exercises should involve all 3 actons while doing your chest training? If not, it's worth considering. By targeting particular parties, you can develop your muscles properly and evenly. If we have asymmetry, the less developed muscle we make with greater volume😉

In addition, before each workout, I focus on mobilization and after stretching. Do not neglect this part🙏

On the film you have:

1. Lifting the dumbbell with both hands from behind the head lying on the bench - engages the lower acton of the chest muscle
2. Pulling down the lower lift cables - 5x each side, the other holding tension up, change, 5x both, engages the upper acton
3. A push up with a load - it engages the whole muscle, including the middle part of it 💪
