Hvis du ikke kan høre dit hjerte tale, så skal du begynde på at være mere stille. Opholde dig i naturen. Gå en laang tur, indtil dine ben behøver en pause. Danse, så hjertet banker og pulsen spiller.

Det er nogle af måderne til, at skabe kontakt med dit hjerte.

For mig, er det en daglig praksis og bevidsthed. Et vigtigt fokus, jeg bærer med mig i løbet af dagen. Lige tune ind og genskabe kontakt til mit hjerte, og høre hvad det fortæller og hvad det har behov for. 💓 ✨ Hjertets intelligens undervurderes og måske er det heller ikke "en korrekt" måde, at beskrive det på. It's sad that people refuse to study the health benefits of meditation. Combined with the right nutrition there is so much to benefit from. Also studies show children react great to the practice of yoga in schools. They are happier, can concentrate much better and their grades go up. When a child is very bouncy and wild they easily label it with Add/Adhd or other behavioral disorders. A lot can be fixed with the reduction of sugar & with the use of meditation. I think this is what parents need to do first. RESEARCH Before stuffing anything up their child's troath.. The worst thing is they probably won't even think of using it for their own benefit. 🌱 Simplicity we use to survive 🌼✨

Day 1️⃣8️⃣ #ShoulderConnections with @cyogalife ➡️ #UrdhvaDhanurasana variant ✨❤️ Wheel is such an intense #backbend for me that i just can’t get into it without first warming up. And this straight leg variation is no joke! For the longest time I only dreamed of being able to do it without feeling any pain in my lower back😖 Now I know that part of the warm up has to include opening up my shoulders, chest and the thoracic spine because the more you push or open up by pushing forward, the less you feel on your lower back 😁💪🏻😊🙏🏻 I did two sequences to get into wheel 😁🧘🏻‍♀️#Practiceandalliscoming

2. Если вы пока ещё не выдерживаете долго находиться в одной позе, спокойно меняйте положение ног, давайте им отдых.

🔻Со временем тело привыкнет и вы сможете сидеть в асане для медитаций десятки минут, не замечая никакой трудности

3. Самое сложное и самое важное в медитациях - это остановить поток мыслей. Мы постоянно о чем-то и даже с кем-то(!) говорим.

🔻 Попробуйте несколько ближайших дней понаблюдать за тем, как часто вы беседуете в своей голове. Комментируете, оцениваете, обсуждаете...

🔻 Именно этот мыслительный процесс больше всего утомляет мозг, нервную систему, и истощает нас энергетически

Transformation/confession
Despite picture perfect insta-stories and posts, I’m going through extremely challenging time in my life. Maybe the hardest yet. Yesterday someone told me ‘your stories are so positive’ and I realized something very important! 1. Picture is not all my life, but every emotion shared is true! 2. Ever since I started training intensively and eating better, no matter how stressful it gets, I’m able to see the positive small things that keep me going. Yes, it’s easy and tempting to stuff myself with LOADs of junk food and drink bunch of soda or alcohol, it’s easy to self-pity and stay in bed all day, it’s easy to surrender to negativity. But Easy is NOT best and NOT a solution. I try to look for inspiration. And here’s what motivates me:
✅ Food - beautiful, fresh and healthy food that I will feel proud of myself eating;
✅Training - I know my girls are trying hard keeping up with week 3-4 of #kamifayzfit challenge and I have to practice what I preach! ✅ Travel - thanks to my work I’m able to disconnect and reevaluate and really find my answers outside of my work.
✅Meditation/visualization - every morning picturing what I want, breathing, relaxing.
✅ glass (or two) of red wine 🍷😅 #imonlyhuman
So if you’re going through hard times don’t buy that bag of chips - go to expensive ass restaurant (yes all by yourself if you need to!!) farm to table and treat yourself with quality food🥒🥬🍅🍆🥑, go work out - put that negativity into it - scream, cry if you want to🏋🏽‍♂️🤸🏼‍♂️⛹🏼‍♀️; spend that money you saved on travel - far or close there are so many options! What else are you saving it for??? Just get out there!! 🌏Try meditation even if your thoughts overflow- repeat again again and visualize what you want #BREATH.🧘🏼‍♂️🧘‍♀️
Try it with me. Tell me if it works. So far I’m not sure, but it keeps me going and any movement is better than standing still.

The biggest super moon of the year is tonight Feb 19 in the sign of Virgo. 
Virgo energy reminds us that although we may feel like we are safe, comfortable, or doing a good job, there’s always room to do better. Right now, we are being pushed, pulled, and encouraged to stretch our bodies, our minds and our ideas of what’s possible for ourselves in this life. How much of what you intend for is still cradled by what you think you can control? So many of us quietly wish or pray to manifest something awesome but will only wish as big as what we can have a hand in creating. We do this because it allows us to feel “safe”. And while holding on to the edge of the pool is a way to keep you safe, it is certain that by doing this, you will never learn how to swim. . .

Good morning! Today this baby Swan appeared after my meditation with his brownish feathers and his courage to come near me.

This Swan represents the transformation we all go through changing the feathers (peeling the layers) to become the best version of ourselves and became a fully white Swan!

Today we have a super full moon for me an amazing moment to release, let go and peel that layer or change that feathers.

Perché non siamo più in grado di sognare ad occhi ad aperti,ecco cosa significa realmente meditare!Fermarsi ,in un angolo circondati dalla natura,o semplicemente distacchiamoci dalla frenesia,respiriamo e :sogniamo!

Breathe in all that wonderful prana; Universal life force energy, swimming around you. 
Welcome healing, welcome love into your temple.
Use your breath to relieve areas of tension & discomfort by visualising the air that enters your nostrils, watering the area of focus.
Envision the oxygen purifying & lifting the stagnant energy your body has stored in that area, then as you exhale, envision the unwanted energy/tension leaving with it.
Repeat this until you feel relief.
Repeat this daily.

I know last week I spoke to everyone about keeping both classes on through the holidays this week but I’ve decided, after a lot of debating with myself, that I’m only going to teach at kingskerswell this week-sorry Babbacombe!  I did think last night how wonderful it would be if my Babbacombe class could come to Kingskerswell class this evening at 6pm.....I hope you can all make it 🤗

Travail matinal du transverse avec la respiration. 🌬️
💠Inspirez par le nez en ouvrant votre cage thoracique, sans gonfler le ventre
💠Soufflez par la bouche en aspirant votre nombril vers votre colonne vertébrale
💠Faire cette respiration 15 à 20 fois pour commencer 👌
👉 Le transverse est le muscle profond de la sangle abdominale, c'est un muscle postural et c'est grâce à lui que vous aurez un ventre plat (associé à une diet équilibrée bien sûr 😉)
⚠️ Faire des abdos sans engager votre transverse peut entraîner des douleurs dans le dos et chez certaines personnes des hernies (ombilical par exemple) car à force de forcer sur la ligne blanche (aponevrose) vos organes finissent par passer au travers soit par une faiblesse de cette aponevrose soit carrément par une petite déchirure de cette paroit et c'est alors l'opération qui vous attends.
⛔ Ne négliger jamais le travail en profondeur de vos muscles posturaux. Travailler comme un bourrin sur les muscles superficiels en oubliant les profond c'est comme construire une pyramide sur du sable mouvant... Au bout d'un moment ça se casse la gueule 😉⛔
