The bench support helps for proper movement and stabilization so you can focus better on your rear delts. Try keeping your hands as far away as possible and feel the stretch during the negative part.

Controlled reps and short hold on full contraction. The cable is on the same height as your shoulder. Also keep an eye on where the two cables cross, keep it in the middle.

Lie back on an incline bench with a dumbbell in each hand atop your thighs. The palms of your hands will be facing each other.

Then, using your thighs to help push the dumbbells up, lift the dumbbells one at a time so that you can hold them at shoulder width.

Once you have the dumbbells raised to shoulder width, rotate your wrists forward so that the palms of your hands are facing away from you. This will be your starting position.

Be sure to keep full control of the dumbbells at all times. Then breathe out and push the dumbbells up with your chest.

Lock your arms at the top, hold for a second, and then start slowly lowering the weight. Tip Ideally, lowering the weights should take about twice as long as raising them.

Repeat the movement for the prescribed amount of repetitions.

When you are done, place the dumbbells back on your thighs and then on the floor. This is the safest manner to release the dumbbells

Another good superset: SSB squats with weighted chin-ups. Getting used to the SSB loading, so trying to bring up the SSB to the high 300 range.

I do both the pull up and chin up versions. I don’t think it’s an either or debate. Do both and get the benefits from both. If anything I would recommend dropping direct bicep work and switch in a pull/chin up variety. That will serve you far better for arm development than any amount of curling can do.

Tak naprawdę, to nie ‘potrzebujesz’ żadnych suplementów‼️ Wręcz w idealnym świecie suplementy by nie działały - dostarczałbyś wszystkiego wraz z dietą. Jednak nie żyjemy w idealnym świecie 🙄
👉Białko – wbrew obiegowej opinii suplementacja białkiem jest suboptymalna😮 Spożywanie białka w pełnym posiłku dostarcza dodatkowo innych składników, które wspomagają jego trawienie. Tak więc białko należy traktować jako alternatywę dla właściwego posiłku TYLKO‼️ w sytuacjach kryzysowych (np. nieoczekiwana podróż, praca w terenie). Najlepiej spożywać razem z innymi składnikami np. owoce, aby w jak największym stopniu ‘symulować’ pełnowartościowy posiłek.
👉Węglowodany – jedyne zastosowanie jakie dla nich widzę, to część napoju na trening. W każdym innym wypadku - strata kalorii, jako że jest to sam cukier i więcej sensu ma picie soków🙄
👉Aminokwasy (jakiekolwiek) – najprawdopodobniej strata pieniędzy😠
👉Kreatyna – jedyny suplement, którego działanie jest udowodnione 🏋️ Jednak, z mojego doświadczenia, ich efekt jest pomijalny u osób, których dieta jest bogata w sód, potas, magnez i wodę. 👉D3+K2 – chyba jedyny suplement, który polecę bez wahania, zwłaszcza w naszym klimacie🌃
👉Fish Oil (Omega 3) – jeśli w Twojej diecie nie znajdują się na stałe dzikie tłuste ryby, to może warto się tym zainteresować. Jednak dobrej jakości Omega 3 potrafi słono kosztować💲
👉Sód, potas, magnez – jestem dużym zwolennikiem diety bogatej w sód, jako że zwiększa gęstość mięśni, co ma pozytywny wpływ na siłę. Duża ilość sodu wymaga też podniesienia poziomu magnezu i potasu!
👉Spalacze tłuszczu – zdecydowanie nie. Jeśli jest legalny – nie działa. Jeśli działa – nie jest wart konsekwencji zdrowotnych. Sorry! 💩
👉Przedtreningówki – jeśli lubisz. Tylko nie pozwól na uzależnienie. Żebyś nie musiał brać dwóch miarek aby w ogóle iść na trening. Zalecam nie brać przedreningówki na mniej niż 4h przed snem (minimum!), żeby nie wpłynęła ona na sen😴 I staraj się robić sobie ‘detox’ raz na kilka tygodni i odstaw stymulanty na tydzień czy dwa.
👉Jakiekolwiek mikroskładniki powinny być suplementowane odpowiednio do niedoborów.

Tak więc białko należy traktować jako alternatywę dla właściwego posiłku TYLKO‼️ w sytuacjach kryzysowych (np. nieoczekiwana podróż, praca w terenie). Najlepiej spożywać razem z innymi składnikami np. owoce, aby w jak największym stopniu ‘symulować’ pełnowartościowy posiłek. 👉Węglowodany – jedyne zastosowanie jakie dla nich widzę, to część napoju na trening. W każdym innym wypadku - strata kalorii, jako że jest to sam cukier i więcej sensu ma picie soków🙄 👉Aminokwasy (jakiekolwiek) – najprawdopodobniej strata pieniędzy😠 👉Kreatyna – jedyny suplement, którego działanie jest udowodnione 🏋️ Jednak, z mojego doświadczenia, ich efekt jest pomijalny u osób, których dieta jest bogata w sód, potas, magnez i wodę. 👉D3+K2 – chyba jedyny suplement, który polecę bez wahania, zwłaszcza w naszym klimacie🌃 👉Fish Oil (Omega 3) – jeśli w Twojej diecie nie znajdują się na stałe dzikie tłuste ryby, to może warto się tym zainteresować. Jednak dobrej jakości Omega 3 potrafi słono kosztować💲 👉Sód, potas, magnez – jestem dużym zwolennikiem diety bogatej w sód, jako że zwiększa gęstość mięśni, co ma pozytywny wpływ na siłę. Duża ilość sodu wymaga też podniesienia poziomu magnezu i potasu! 👉Spalacze tłuszczu – zdecydowanie nie. Jeśli jest legalny – nie działa. Jeśli działa – nie jest wart konsekwencji zdrowotnych. Sorry! 💩 👉Przedtreningówki – jeśli lubisz. Tylko nie pozwól na uzależnienie. Żebyś nie musiał brać dwóch miarek aby w ogóle iść na trening. Zalecam nie brać przedreningówki na mniej niż 4h przed snem (minimum!), żeby nie wpłynęła ona na sen😴 I staraj się robić sobie ‘detox’ raz na kilka tygodni i odstaw stymulanty na tydzień czy dwa. 👉Jakiekolwiek mikroskładniki powinny być suplementowane odpowiednio do niedoborów. #marveloustraining

INCLINE DUMBBELL BENCH PRESS
. Lie back on an incline bench with a dumbbell in each hand atop your thighs. The palms of your hands will be facing each other.

Then. using your thighs to help push the dumbbells up, lift the dumbbells one at a time so that you can hold them at shoulder width.

Once you have the dumbbells raised to shoulder width, rotate your wrists forward so that the palms of your hands are facing away from you. This will be your starting position.

Be sure to keep full control of the dumbbells at all times. Then breathe out and push the dumbbells up with your chest.

Lock your arms at the top, hold for a second, and then start slowly lowering the weight. Tip Ideally, lowering the weights should take about twice as long as raising them.

Repeat the movement for the prescribed amount of repetitions.

When you are done, place the dumbbells back on your thighs and then on the floor. This is the safest manner to release the dumbbells.

The snatch has been my biggest source of frustration since dabbling in weightlifting. Things are finally starting to click. I’m developing and refining my proprioception each workout. Topset of deadlifts at 140.5kg/310lbs. Followed by a 4x4 on bench at 79.4kg/175lbs. Deadlifts were supposed to be banded deadlifts but one of the bands snapped on me, the struggle😅.
